RULE §356.2033CContent of Training for Non-Direct Service Volunteers

A center must provide non-direct service volunteers with:

  (1) a basic orientation of the duties they perform;

   (2) the center's policies and procedures regarding confidentiality; and

   (3) at a minimum, basic information about the organization's mission, philosophy, and policies.
