(a) Generally, grant contracts may be awarded for any
number of months up to a two year period unless stated otherwise in
the RFA.
(b) The OAG reserves the right to alter the starting
date and length of the grant contract period.
(c) If the grant contract period extends for more than
one fiscal year, the grantee may be required to submit additional
documentation relating to the subsequent fiscal year of the grant
contract period, including an updated budget. The OAG may base its
decision on subsequent fiscal year funding amounts on the grantee's
prior performance, including but not limited to the timeliness and
thoroughness of reporting, effective and efficient use of grant funds
and the success of the program in meeting its goals.
