RULE §748.1009 | How many caregivers must I employ? |
You must employ an adequate number of qualified caregivers to meet the needs of children, taking into account each child's age, medical, physical, and mental condition and other factors that affect the amount of supervision the child requires, including enough caregivers to meet: |
