RULE §7.1915 | Suspension, Revocation, or Limitation of Certificate of Authority and Other Remedies |
In addition to any requirements or remedies set out in the Insurance Code, Article 3.95-13, the commissioner may suspend, revoke, or limit the certificate of authority of a multiple-employer welfare arrangement if the commissioner finds, after notice and hearing, that the multiple-employer welfare arrangement does not meet the requirements of the Insurance Code, Chapter 3, Subchapter I, and these sections. |
