(a) A licensee must make known to clients the purposes
and explicit use of any testing done as part of a professional relationship.
(b) A licensee may not appropriate, reproduce, or modify
published tests or parts thereof without the acknowledgment and permission
of the publisher.
(c) A licensee may not administer and interpret any
test without the appropriate training and experience to administer
and interpret the test.
(d) A licensee must observe the necessary precautions
to maintain the security of any test administered by the licensee
or under the licensee's supervision.
