RULE §858.4 | Complaints |
Upon request from a customer, the contractor must provide the customer with the appropriate name, mailing address, and telephone number to direct complaints to the Agency. The contractor must verify that the name, mailing address, and telephone number it provides to the customer are current and correct. |
