RULE §97.139 | Fee for Providing Written Notice of a Positive Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)-Related Test Result to an Applicant for Insurance |
An applicant for insurance must be given written notice of a positive HIV-related test result by a physician designated by the applicant, or in the absence of that designation, by the department. When the department is requested to make this notification: |
