(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish
licensing procedures, standards, and requirements for an individualized
skills and socialization provider licensed as a Day Activity and Health
Services (DAHS) facility in accordance with Texas Human Resources
Code Chapter 103.
(b) This subchapter applies to an individualized skills
and socialization provider and the provision of on-site and off-site
individualized skills and socialization services.
(c) This subchapter does not apply to:
(1) a DAHS facility providing services in the DAHS
program; or
(2) the provision of in-home individualized skills
and socialization in the Home and Community-based Services and Texas
Home Living waiver programs.
