RULE §205.3Fees for Licensing of Crematory Establishment
Repealed Date:10/11/2004

(a) The commission determines the annual licensing fee for a crematory establishment required to be licensed with the commission based on the recommendation of the Executive Director.

(b) The amount of the license fee is based on the cost of regulating registrants under Texas Occupations Code 651, including the cost of investigating complaints and enforcing disciplinary actions by the commission.

(c) The fee shall be posted in the commission Fee Schedule and on the commission's website: www.tfsc.state.tx.us and include in license applications and renewal applications.

(d) License fees are payable annually at the time of initial or renewal licensure.

(e) The late penalty fee is equal to the license fee.
