RULE §174.5Denial of Application for Special Purpose License To Practice Medicine Across State Lines

An application for a special purpose license to practice medicine across state lines may be denied based on failure to demonstrate the requisite qualifications for issuance of a special purpose license, any grounds for denial of an application for a full license, failure to submit the required fee, and any grounds for disciplinary action of a licensee under the Medical Practice Act, §3.08 (concerning application denials and grounds for disciplinary action).
