RULE §174.8Appearances

To address concerns regarding possible grounds for revocation or limitation of a special purpose license, a special purpose license holder shall appear at the offices of the board upon written request sent by certified mail-return receipt requested to the license holder's last known address on file with the board and mailed at least 30 days prior to the scheduled appearance date. The appearance shall be before a panel or committee of the board for purposes of answering questions and providing information related to possible grounds for revocation or limitation of a special purpose license. Failure to appear as requested shall be grounds for revocation or limitation of a special purpose license pursuant to the provisions of §174.6 of this title (relating to Revocation and Limitation of Special Purpose License).
