RULE §535.3 | Compensation Accepted by Salesperson |
A salesperson is not permitted to receive compensation for acts as a licensed real estate salesperson, except through the salesperson's sponsoring broker or through the broker under whom the salesperson was licensed when he or she earned the right to compensation, although the broker need not actually receive the money and pay it to the salesperson. Payments not made by or through the broker must be made with the broker's knowledge and consent. |
