CHAPTER 543RULES RELATING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE TEXAS TIMESHARE ACT
RULE §543.6Hearings

Proceedings initiated by the commission to consider the suspension or revocation of the registration of a timeshare property shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure and Texas Register Act, Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-13c.
