CHAPTER 543RULES RELATING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE TEXAS TIMESHARE ACT
RULE §543.3Fees

(a) The commission shall not accept fees which are not submitted in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to the Texas Real Estate Commission.

(b) An applicant for registration of a timeshare property shall pay a filing fee of $2.00 per timeshare interest to be sold for units located on the timeshare property, provided, however, that the commission shall charge and collect a minimum filing fee of $500 and that no registration filing fee shall exceed $2, 500.

(c) An applicant for amendment of the registration of a timeshare property shall pay a minimum fee of $100, provided, however, that the filing fee for an amendment that increases the number of timeshare interests to be sold by more than 10% from the number that existed or were proposed for sale in the original registration shall be $.50 per new timeshare interest and that no filing fee shall exceed $1,000.
