RULE §535.147Splitting Fee with Unlicensed Person

(a) "Any other state' means the states, territories, and possessions of the United States and any foreign country or governmental subdivision thereof.

(b) "Commission or fees' includes any form of compensation received for services as a real estate agent.

(c) "Services as a real estate agent" refers to the acts of a "real estate broker" as enumerated in §2(2)(A-J) and §2(3) of the Act, when those acts are performed for another and for compensation.
