(a) In computing a period of time, the period begins on the day after the act or event in question and ends on the last day of the time period. If the last day of the time period is a Saturday, Sunday, or state or federal legal holiday, the period of time runs until the end of the first day that is neither a Saturday, Sunday, or state or federal legal holiday. (b) A property owner may contact the division manager for information concerning the districts or appraisal districts that have filed a petition as required by this section. A district or appraisal district may contact the division manager for information concerning property owners that have filed a petition as required by this section. |
