| (a) License or experience in another state. Except as provided by this subchapter and the Act, the commission will not accept a person's license in another state or experience in real estate brokerage or any related business in satisfaction of education or experience required for a license. (b) Coursework requirements in related subjects. A person who has earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university will be deemed to have completed the number of related hours required for a salesperson or broker license. (c) The commission will not grant credit to a student who was previously awarded credit for completing a course with substantially the same course content within the previous two-year period. |
