| (a) The commission may request an applicant for accreditation of a school, approval of a course, or approval as an instructor to provide additional information related to the application, and the commission may terminate the application without further notice if the applicant fails to provide the information within 60 days after the request was mailed. (b) Delegation of authority. The commission may authorize its director of education and licensing services division or that person's designee to determine whether applications for schools, courses, and instructors should be approved. |
