RULE §159.109Inactive Status

(a) A registrant on inactive status may not engage in any activity for which registration is required.

(b) In order to return from inactive status to active status, a registrant shall submit to the Board a completed Request for Active Status form and proof of compliance with all outstanding requirements for active registration.

(c) A registrant that has been on inactive status may not engage in any activity for which registration is required until the active registration has been issued by the Board.

(d) A registrant may not renew on inactive status. An inactive registrant must satisfy all renewal requirements for an active registration.
