RULE §187.2Applicability

These sections shall govern the procedures for the institution, conduct, and determination of all causes and proceedings before the board. The purpose of these sections is to provide for a simple and efficient system of procedure before the board, to insure uniform standards of practice and procedure, public participation and notice of board actions, and a fair and expeditious determination of causes.
