The Council may hold an application in abeyance up to 180 days if there is a complaint pending against the applicant concerning an alleged violation listed in §507.301of the Occupations Code. A final decision on the application may not be rendered until the Council has made a final determination on the pending complaint. The applicant will be permitted to take all required exams while the complaint is pending, but will not be licensed unless approved by the Council. |
