RULE §9.212Notice to the Texas Department of Human Services (DHS)

Refugee social services contractors who receive work registration referrals from DHS must notify DHS whenever a referred refugee:

  (1) fails or refuses to participate in the required services;

  (2) refuses to accept an offer of employment;

  (3) accepts a job; or

  (4) quits a job without good cause.
