PART 21TEXAS STATE BOARD OF EXAMINERS OF PSYCHOLOGISTS
CHAPTER 463APPLICATIONS AND EXAMINATIONS
RULE §463.12Licensed Psychologist by Reciprocity

An application for licensure by reciprocity with this Board must include, in addition to the requirements in §463.5 of this title (relating to Application File Requirements:

  (1) If the applicant is providing psychological services in Texas before receiving licensure by the Board, proof that the applicant is exempt from the Act pursuant to §22;

  (2) Documentation that the applicant has been actively licensed and in good standing in the reciprocity jurisdiction for the five years immediately preceding filing application in Texas;

  (3) Proof that the applicant is the identical person to whom the original license was issued;

  (4) Documentation that there is no pending action against the applicant's license in any jurisdiction;

  (5) A sworn statement by the applicant that the applicant has never held any professional license that was suspended, revoked, cancelled, or in any way otherwise restricted.
