RULE §157.6 | Request for Advisory Opinions |
Upon written or oral request, the board may issue written or oral advisory opinions. Such opinions are not binding on the board or on the person making the request, and may not be relied upon as an official board ruling. The board shall maintain a record of each advisory opinion, identifying the person to whom it was issued. |
