| (a) To comply with Texas Government Code, §2155.076(a),
the Commission adopts by reference the rules of the Texas Facilities
Commission regarding purchasing protest procedures as set forth in
1 TAC §111.32 (relating to Protests/Dispute Resolution/Hearing).
(b) The Commission shall maintain documentation about
the purchasing process to be used in the event of a protest by maintaining
current information regarding applicable statutory law, administrative
rules, and guidelines affecting the purchasing process.
