| RULE §354.2354 | Billing Medicare Intermediaries |
HHSC shall pursue reimbursement of Medicaid expenditures from each fiscal intermediary who makes a payment to a service provider on behalf of the Medicare program, including a reimbursement for a payment made to a home health services provider or nursing facility for services rendered to a dually eligible individual. |
