SUBCHAPTER IHEARINGS UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT
RULE §357.490Pre-hearing Conference
(a) On the motion of a party or on the judge's own motion, the judge may direct the parties to appear in person, by telephone, or by video conference for a pre-hearing conference.

 (b) A pre-hearing conference under this subchapter shall be conducted in accordance with Rule 166, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
