| RULE §366.1001 | Purpose and Scope |
This subchapter establishes the eligibility criteria for the Former Foster Care Children's Program, in accordance with Social Security Act §1902(a)(10)(A)(i)(IX) (42 U.S.C. §1396a(a)(10)(A)(i)(IX)). |
