| RULE §370.801 | Purpose and Scope |
The purpose of this subchapter is to establish income eligibility requirements for the State Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) in accordance with §2102(b) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §1397bb(b)). |
