SUBCHAPTER FINVESTIGATIONS
RULE §371.1301Purpose
(a) This subchapter provides procedures for the investigation of complaints or allegations to promote their just and efficient disposition.

(b) This subchapter governs the investigation of all jurisdictional complaints or allegations before the OIG.
