RULE §372.1Purpose and Scope

This chapter covers the following programs:

  (1) the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program; and

  (2) the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as the Food Stamp Program.
