RULE §375.309What income must be disregarded when determining eligibility?

Contractors must disregard any income or resources:

  (1) remaining in the applicant's country of origin;

  (2) from a non-spousal sponsor; and

  (3) from the Department of State and Department of Justice Reception and Placement programs.
