| RULE §376.104 | Is the term "refugee" used throughout this chapter to designate all those eligible for refugee social services? |
Yes. The term "refugee" includes all persons eligible for refugee social services as defined in §9.307 of this chapter (relating to Who is eligible for refugee social services?). |
