All grants for local guardianship programs are subject to the availability of appropriated funds. A grant may be cancelled either prior to or following the award of a grant if funding for the grant is terminated, withdrawn, or if sufficient funds are not appropriated to HHSC. HHSC makes no commitment that a grant, once funded, will receive priority consideration for subsequent funding.
