| RULE §386.509 | Could I be eligible for a Group Flood Insurance Policy if I live in a community that does not participate in or is sanctioned by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP)? |
No, however, you may become eligible if your community qualifies for and enters into NFIP during the six-month period described in 44 CFR §206.110(k)(2). |
