CHAPTER 60TEXAS CRIME VICTIM SERVICES GRANT PROGRAMS
SUBCHAPTER AGENERAL PROVISIONS AND ELIGIBILITY
RULE §60.7OVAG Eligible Applicants

The following entities are eligible to apply under the OVAG program:

  (1) local units of government;

  (2) non-profit agencies with 26 U.S.C. §501(c)(3) status; and

  (3) state agencies.
