SUBCHAPTER AGENERAL PROVISIONS
RULE §79.2Business To Be Transacted in Writing

Except as otherwise provided by these rules, all business with the Corporations Section shall be transacted in writing. The action of the Corporations Section will be based exclusively on the written record in the section.
