(a) The Public Facility User must attempt to address
any issues of noncompliance identified in the Audit Report with the
Auditor, prior to submission of the Audit Report to the Department.
(b) The Public Facility User may request to meet with
a Compliance Director or Manager at the Department. The Public Facility
User and Auditor, as applicable, must provide all documentation requested
by the Department within three calendar days prior to the meeting.
(c) A Public Facility User may request alternative
dispute resolution in accordance with the Department's rules regarding
such resolution set forth at §1.17 of this title (related to
Alternative Dispute Resolution).
