SUBCHAPTER CAPPLICATION, REVIEW AND AWARD PROCESS
RULE §190.27Grant Funding Decisions
(a) The OOG will allocate grant funds on a competitive basis based on a careful selection process.

 (b) The OOG shall determine the manner and procedure for making funding decisions that support the efficient and effective use of public funds.
