| RULE §190.3 | Waiver of Rules |
The OOG Chief of Staff or his designee may, in his sole discretion, waive any provision of this Chapter upon a finding that the public interest would be furthered by granting a waiver. Any such waiver must be consistent with applicable statutory law. |
