RULE §11.1Commission Meetings

(a) The Texas Historical Commission shall hold regular quarterly meetings. The commission may hold such other meetings at such other times and places as it may schedule in formal session. The chair may call special meetings of the commission at his or her discretion, provided that 10-days' notification is given to the commission. The chair shall call special meetings of the commission at any time upon written request to the chair signed by six or more members, provided that 10-days' notification is given to the commission.

(b) A majority of the membership of the commission constitutes a quorum authorized to transact businesses of the commission.

(c) No proxies are allowed.
