| (a) Requests for discovery and responses shall be served
using a method of service authorized by §1.45 of this title (relating
to Service in Protested Contested Cases) and should not be filed with
the Commission.
(b) Except for good cause shown, all requests for discovery
shall be served at least 20 days prior to the hearing unless otherwise
agreed by the parties.
(c) Responses to discovery requests shall be served
within 14 days after the date of service of the request. The examiner
or the Hearings Director may alter this deadline on the request of
any party.
