| RULE §11.191 | Annual Report |
Unless this requirement is modified or waived by the commission, within 90 days after the conclusion of each calendar year, each operator conducting surface mining operations under one or more approved surface mining permits shall file an operations and progress report with the commission on a form prescribed and furnished by the commission. |
