| RULE §11.194 | Release from Reporting Requirement |
Surface mining operations conducted at any individual mine shall be reported in the annual report until such time as the mine is closed pursuant to the provisions of §§11.181-11.182 of this title (relating to Surface Mine Closing, and Surface Mine Release). |
