RULE §12.129 | Surface-water Information |
Surface-water information shall be described, including the name of the watershed which will receive water discharges, the name, location, ownership, and description of all surface-water bodies such as streams, lakes, ponds, impoundments, and springs, the location of any water discharge into any surface body of water in the proposed permit and adjacent areas, and information on surface-water quantity and quality sufficient to demonstrate seasonal variation and water usage. Water quantity and quality descriptions shall include, at a minimum: |
