|(a) Odorization shall comply with NFPA 58, §4.2.
(b) If LP-Gas Operations determines that there shall
be insufficient odorization, LP-Gas Operations may require testing
as deemed necessary to determine its sufficiency. If testing is deemed
necessary, LP-Gas Operations shall notify the necessary parties in
writing as soon as possible. The written notification will advise
which entity is responsible for having the tests performed and paying
for the tests to be conducted. The testing shall be performed by a
recognized testing laboratory equipped for and experienced in testing
of odorization and, if requested, a copy of the test results shall
be provided to LP-Gas Operations.
(c) The person or facility odorizing the gas or the
operator of an automatic loading rack shall be responsible for the
