SUBCHAPTER AAPPLICATIONS
RULE §33.2Application and Fee Payment Procedures

(a) Applications for licenses, permits and certificates shall be made by an applicant in such a manner as may be directed by the executive director upon forms provided by the commission.

(b) Each application shall include all information required by the executive director to ensure compliance with all applicable statutes and rules and regulations of the agency.

(c) Each applicant for a license, permit or certificate issued by the commission shall submit with the application the payment of all required fees in accordance with the applicable provisions of the code and rules.

(d) In addition to the requirements of Alcoholic Beverage Code §§5.50, 11.32, 11.35, and 61.48 and any pertinent rule or procedure of the commission, license and permit renewal applications filed under Alcoholic Beverage Code §6.04 must be filed with the commission no later than 11:59 p.m. or postmarked by the thirtieth calendar day after expiration and must be complete in form and accompanied by all state fees as well as a $100 late fee.

(e) Applicants must pay fees by cashier's check, teller's check, a check drawn on the account of the entity applying for a permit, money order, credit card, charge card, or other electronic form of payment approved by the commission, payable to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
