| (a) An invoice that is required by the Alcoholic Beverage
Code or by rule for any alcoholic beverage must have the exact trade
name and license or permit number of the issuing licensee or permittee
and the receiving licensee or permittee, if any.
(b) A licensee or permittee who owns more than one
business operating under separate licenses or permits or a single
business operating at two or more locations under separate licenses
or permits shall keep separate records for each such business or place
of business.
(c) Each licensee or permittee who is also engaged
in any other kind of business shall make and keep all records for
the alcoholic beverage business that are required by the Alcoholic
Beverage Code or by rule separate and apart from any and all other
records.
(d) Making a false entry or any alteration in records
that are required by the Alcoholic Beverage Code or by rule is a violation
of this section.
