| RULE §114.68 | Advisory Board; Officer |
The presiding officer of the commission, with the commission's approval, shall designate a member of the advisory board to serve as the presiding officer of the advisory board for a term of one year. The presiding officer of the advisory board may vote on any matter before the advisory board. |
