RULE §65.402Enforcement Authority

The enforcement authority granted under Texas Occupations Code, Chapters 51 and Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 755, and any associated rules, may be used to enforce Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 755 and this chapter.
